Practicality
Examine and create legal institutions that may effectively address practical issues and pain points. -
Integration
Integrate research and views from a neutral perspective. -
Foresight
Align legal institutions with international trends and developments while meeting domestic environment and demands. -
Talent Gap
Cultivate legal scholars and talents for the sustainable future.
Mission
The mission of the Center is "Collaborate to Innovate, Innovate to Pioneer, Pioneer to Succeed".
The Center has four main purposes as its mission: Collaboration, Innovation, Pioneering, and Sustainability.
Through domestic and international research collaborations, the Center aim to inspire and create research outcomes that are pragmatic, forward-looking, and innovative. We strive to pioneer advancements in corporate operations and commercial legal frameworks that are both progressive and efficient, promoting market efficiency and sustainable development.
